Touch is a gift from existence - more and more people in the Humanistic Sciences are becoming aware of it and its potential to realign and harmonise; to 'discharge' the human energy field.
Touch and be touched - Human beings need touch as we need food. Touch is healing for mind and body. Loving touch leads to direct relaxation and release of the hormone oxytocin, which breaks down stress hormones and is associated with feelings of love, trust, serenity and calmness. The brain interprets such touch as a sign of connectedness and a sense of safety. It has long been scientifically proven that touch has a healing effect on the physical and psychological level, regardless of the clinical picture.
As children we mostly did not experience enough contact or have a sense of being held. In our society today touch is also getting less - this often leads to a feeling of isolation, loneliness, alienation and helplessness. We are just beginning to understand how important and profound the experience of human contact is to our inner development and what a tremendous resource physical touch is. The skin is our largest organ and millions of sensitive nerve cells register even the smallest stimuli. Through these cells, touch has a direct impact on the hormonal balance and on the autonomic nervous system, reducing stress, anxiety and tension and relieving pain and psychosomatic discomfort.
The wisdom of the body - The body is a mystery, its wisdom and knowledge is astonishing. The body reflects our lives to the finest detail, it constantly gives us information on our well-being, it leads us if we allow it. The language of the body is very different from that of the intellect - it is a felt, non verbal experiencing. We have forgotten how to listen, how to feel and to act out of our felt sense. Our body is a natural flow of energy and being aligned with it, is to be aligned with your creative potential.
This training is for everyone who would like to deepen their understanding of the human body, and for those who would like to deepen their bodywork skills. It is also for those of you who want to get back in touch and have a safe and nourishing enviroment to anchor into while transitioning through difficult times. These trainings are unique and many people come to get in touch with their body, their life, their 'felt sense' and learn through touch the art of communication.

We live in a time of great upheaval. Today, the understanding of the female as well as the male is in huge upheaval and a great transformation is possible.
For centuries, as women we have defined ourselves through others. We have often heard and experienced from an early age on, that we are either too much or too little. Out of this conflict, we often choose the muddy and lukewarm compromise. Rather than expressing ourselves, we internalise this conflict - often resulting in shame and directing the energy against ourselves through self-doubt, self-criticism, rejection of the female body etc. In order not to feel this, we seek confirmation from outside through culture, social media, relationships and success. Then we try to fulfill that expectation, caught in the search for perfection and the inevitable failure. Most importantly, we have lost access to our natural, precious and valuable femininity - as well as the ability to love ourselves as we are.
Only when we value and love ourselves, is the true encounter with others possible.

Intro weekend to the Rebalancing Training
During these two days you can get an impression, a taste of how the body shapes itself around our life, how the body is a direct expression of our attitude to life and how the connection we have with it can influence us.
The body constantly guides us, talks to us and has a natural intelligence - unfortunately, most of us today, have lost our relationship to the body and have forgotten its language.
The magic of touch gets us in harmony with our body again and enables us to share it with others. You will get a feel of how we teach, of the space we create, and how it is to touch and be touched.

Learn how to work with Trauma
Perhaps the most important aspect of unraveling trauma for me has been the experience of being heard. Of feeling felt and received. This can be understood and practiced within the realms of verbal conversation, but how does this translate into the world of touch?
Navigating physical pain requires in the moment communication, so within the dimension of touch, our fingers and hands become an extension of our ears and heart - feeling into and listening receptively.
In this workshop we will explore through the body and learn how to touch and support people who have gone through traumatic experiences.

A playful approach for releasing tension
This workshop has been integrated into our Rebalancing training, so you will be participating in an alive fun enviroment with the trainees of the course. Joint Release uses movement to dissolve, or unwind the holding patterns we have developed to cope with daily life and made habitual. The holding in our shoulders, neck, knees, hips. Its amazing what we habitualy carry, but don't worry... we are here to help you let it go! ... and teach you how to do it along the way.

The training was great! It is not only the safe and healing space filled with warmth and cordiality that you create. What really convinced me and far exceeded my evaluations is that everything became visible and tangible that I previously knew in theory about storing experiences / emotions in the body and the releasing healing power of mindful touch. In myself and in other participants, I repeatedly experienced how energy blockages were released through touch (also from long-gone traumas) and repressed feelings moved again.
